Look no further!We are currently seeking a talented part-time Receptionist to join our Adelaide team two days a week on Wednesday and Thursday each week.This role is critical in representing our company and supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.Key accountabilities will include:Greeting guests in a professional manner and attending to their enquiries as requiredManaging inbound & outbound phone calls and message distributionDistribution and opening of daily mailSigning for and accepting deliveriesMaintaining a neat and tidy reception area, with current brochures and informationOrdering of stationery and other office suppliesA variety of office administration as requiredSpecific additional administration duties supporting various operations functions will be requiredWHO YOU ARETo be successful in this role you will need to have prior experience in customer service, coupled with administration or reception experience and have a people-oriented disposition. Knowledge of the domestic building industry would be very well regarded.You must also be well-presented and adaptable. Using your initiative and exceptional communication skills, you will build rapport with your team and customers alike.With the ability to multi-task and a flexible approach to work, you are able to work well both autonomously and in a team environment.
