They believe their interactions with guests and each other are opportunities to promote and proclaim the gospel.About The RoleYouthworks Conference Centres is seeking casual Guest Relations Assistants for our team at Shoalhaven, situated on the Shoalhaven River, just outside Nowra. This casual role offers flexible shifts to service seven day a week operations. Your key role will be contributing to our guests'' satisfaction, through providing high quality meal service to Youthworks standards.Learn skills in meal service and customer serviceFlexible shifts, no more late nights! Most evening shifts finish at 8pmSupportive workplaceYour responsibilitiesProvide high quality meal service to our guestsMaintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining roomYou will need to demonstrateA passion for serving people and a willingness to learn new skillsStrong verbal communication skills with a focus on providing strong customer serviceAn ability to work with a wide range of staff to achieve effective outcomesA strong work ethos with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage your time wellA willingness to work within an overtly Christian environment and with an Anglican organisationWhat we would really like you to haveA personal Christian faithExperience in hospitality and/or customer serviceDrivers LicenceAdditional InformationA current drivers licence and own transport is essential as there is no public transport anywhere near the Shoalhaven Conference Centres.How to applyObtain the Position Description.
