Valet Parking Attendant - Westfield CarindaleApply now Job no: 498275Work type: CasualLocation: BrisbaneCategories: Customer ServiceYour opportunityJoin our fun and dynamic team at Westfield Carindale as a Valet Parking Attendant, where youll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers.Youll be proactive, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering premium valet services to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and professional parking experience.Day-to-day you will be responsible for:Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers to enhance their valet experience.Greeting customers upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression.Safely parking and retrieving customer vehicles, delivering a seamless and premium valet experience.Processing valet payments accurately, handling both cash and electronic transactions.Managing traffic flow and redirecting vehicles when the valet area reaches capacity.This role is a casual position, ideal for someone with flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.What sets you apartExperience in customer-facing roles, such as hotel or guest services; valet experience is desirable.A willingness to go the extra mile for customers and retailers, enhancing their experience.Confidence in parking customer vehicles and assisting customers in a busy retail setting.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.A valid full Australian drivers license (Manual/Auto).About usScentre Group owns 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
