Youll partner closely with leadership teams and cross-functional groups to execute talent and performance frameworks, manage diverse employee relations matters, and champion organisational change. What youll be doing - Implementing HR frameworks across performance, succession planning, and talent management. - Engaging directly with business leaders, acting as a critical link between HR strategy and practical execution. - Driving change management initiatives to enhance adaptability and resilience across teams. - Collaborating with People Experience, Employee Relations, and Shared Services to deliver holistic solutions. - Educating and coaching leaders to simplify complex HR concepts into practical, actionable outcomes. What Were Looking For - Experienced in HR business partnering within complex, fast-paced environments. - Skilled in employment law, HR best practices, and familiar with matrix organisations. - Confident facilitator, adept at influencing senior stakeholders and delivering engaging learning experiences. - Systems thinker who can connect initiatives to broader business strategies, ensuring integrated execution. - Data-driven, with experience leveraging analytics for informed decision-making. - Skilled in change management, able to lead transformational projects and navigate evolving business contexts.
