Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.The Opportunity:We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to join us on an 18-Month Fixed-Term-Contract and drive the success of our Analytics AI & Automation initiatives. In this role, youll combine hands-on data engineering with leadership in Agile delivery to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines. You will play a crucial role in leading Agile ceremonies, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of data-driven projects aligned with business priorities.This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and drive data-driven decision-making across a dynamic organisation.What You''ll Do:Technical Data Engineering: Build and optimise data pipelines (Databricks, Azure, SQL), ensuring timely, accurate data ready for analytics. Provide level 1 support for Databricks users.Agile Facilitation & Process Optimisation: Lead Agile ceremonies and champion best practices. Foster an Agile mindset to drive continuous improvement and iterative development in analytics and AI projects.Project Coordination & Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial control while aligning Agile delivery with budget expectations.Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.Technical Guidance & Support: Provide expertise in data analytics, AI, and automation to enhance decision-making and adapt Agile frameworks for analytics and AI challenges.Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and promote continuous learning to enhance Agile maturity within the team.What We''re Looking For:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Hands-on experience in data engineering with tools such as Databricks, Azure, SQL, Python, and R.At least 1 year in Agile roles (Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, Data Analyst) with a focus on financial management and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).Strong project budget management skills, including financial tracking and cost control.Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.Unleash Your Spirit!As Suntorians we believe in Dreaming Big and Growing for Good.
