As a key part of the performance team, this role is all about delivering personalised, value-rich experiences across the full customer lifecycle from welcome to win-back and everything in between.This person will be responsible for planning, building, testing and analysing flows and campaigns that drive retention, LTV and revenue while always protecting and enhancing the BON CHARGE brand.
