We''re looking for experienced Senior/Contracts Administrators to join our talented contracts team, here in our head office in Osbourne Park. This is a permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday alongside industry leading professionals in the civil construction industry.Melchor, part of the Monadelphous Group, is one of WAs fastest growing civil construction contracting businesses, bringing a unique service offering to large resource-sector projects.As the Senior/Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate management of contracts, overseeing compliance, cost control, documentation, and communication between sub-contractors, clients, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.Working with Melchor offers many benefits, some of which include:Subsidised private health benefits.Employee benefits offering discounts on hotels and services.Continual training and development opportunities.An opportunity to make an impact within a growing tier one company.Key Responsibilities:Contract administration to support execution, including correspondence and contract notices and claims assessment.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure contract deliverables are met on schedule.Providing a level of guidance and advice to relevant stakeholders internal and external.Preparing weekly and monthly cost reports and forecasts for the Project Management team.High level written skills with excellent attention to detail.Maintaining comprehensive contract documentation and registers.What youll bring:Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, Law or similar field.At least 3-5 years of relevant Contracts site experience.
