The position requires balancing exceptional customer service delivery with effective building operations management to create an optimal workplace environment for Client employees and visitors.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide comprehensive facility, contract, finance and procurement management with a focus on continuous improvement.Achieve financial, compliance and other KPIs.Delivery of services in accordance with the Agreement.Implement strategies to mitigate risk across the client account.Evaluate service response time and analyse occupants service request trends and suggestions.Ensure feedback from the client is recorded and actioned to the satisfaction of the end user.Continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence across the portfolio.What you will bring:Proven experience in corporate facilities management in a corporate environment.Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys building client relationships.Hands-on approach to problem solving with capability to juggle multiple ongoing tasks.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced team.Technical Qualifications and/or trade experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics or fire services.
