Your focus will be on advancing process consistency, training, communication, and compliance. Key responsibilities include implementing digital automation for business-wide systems and processes, supporting the development of online management systems, communicating system requirements, and delivering related training content. Additionally, you will work closely with and support the Life Safety Performance and Reporting Manager.Day-to-day you will be responsible for:Developing learning plans, storyboards, and content to support business partners.Maintaining accurate data through tracking, auditing, and record management.Creating and distributing customised monthly reports and safety alerts.Enhancing and updating Life Safety content on the intranet.Assisting the business in identifying and implementing new safety technologies.Helping set up and ensuring the effective use of our Life Safety systems.Sharing updates on the Management System with key business stakeholders.What sets you apartProcess-driven, adaptable, and highly efficient.Committed to service, customer focus, and teamwork.Results-oriented with a strong emphasis on timeliness and thoroughness.Skilled in utilising life safety databases, technology, and training tools.Experienced in process improvement, change management, and project coordination.Strong understanding of training frameworks and technology solutions.Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, Beakon, Hammertech, and Safety Culture platforms.Articulate 360 experience (desired).You will be:Customer-focused able to tailor learning experiences to different audiences.Strategic aligning cybersecurity training with business objectives.Innovative finding new ways to engage employees in cybersecurity awareness.Collaborative working across teams to enhance security culture.About usScentre Group owns 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
