This is an opportunity to broaden your skill-set and expertise by creating designs for our base model residential new home projects. To support our growing client base, we are now enhancing our design and drafting capabilities. We utilise the industry-leading Truth Engine platform as our core operational system.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Senior Draftsperson/Designer, youll be instrumental in producing high-quality, detailed plans for our residential client requirements. You will also be expected to take the lead on drafting projects while working closely with our sales, estimating and construction teams. Your focus will be on designing for a range of market segments and developing contemporary base model designs that are practical, stylish and cost-effective to construct.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and draft detailed residential plans using ArchiCAD (essential)Lead the design of new homes and unit developmentsDevelop and refine base model home designsPrepare comprehensive construction documentation including elevations, sections, floor plans and detailsEnsure compliance with relevant building codes, standards and local government regulationsCoordinate multiple projects at once and meet critical deadlinesCollaborate with all departments to ensure smooth project deliveryHit apply to submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you''re the perfect fit for this role.Remuneration and benefits will be discussed at interview stage.
