This is an essential role where you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional service throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and driven to deliver outstanding results while working independently and contributing to the overall success of the team.Key Personal Attributes:Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goalsA warm, friendly, and professional communication styleStrong time management and organizational skillsA proactive, customer-first attitude with a focus on resultsThis role would suit someone with previous experience in customer-facing positions, such as:Retail Sales: Experience in a retail environment where youve interacted with customers, provided product knowledge, and ensured a positive shopping experience.Hospitality: Roles in cafes, restaurants, or hotels where customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, and managing guest expectations were key responsibilities.Call Centre or Customer Support: Experience in a customer service environment where youve managed customer queries, provided solutions, and ensured customer retention.Sales or After-Sales Roles: Experience working in a sales environment where you provided tailored solutions and post-sale support to customers.Your Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the delivery of tailored vehicle protection and enhancement solutionsClearly explain warranties and aftercare options to guestsEnsure an exceptional guest experience from pre-delivery to post-saleCoordinate product application and installation processesProvide consistent support to the team to maintain high standards of customer careRegularly assess performance and track customer satisfaction KPIs to ensure continuous improvementRemuneration:First-year OTE: $80,000 - $100,000 per annumSecond-year OTE: Exceeds $100,000+Car allowance available after 12 monthsWhat We Offer:Full training and ongoing supportTwo rostered days off per monthFour weeks of annual leaveWhy Join Us:Full-time opportunity in CairnsFamily-focused cultureIf you are a self-motivated professional with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, wed love to hear from you!
