We have earnt our reputation through delivering tailored catering and hospitality services, great food with great people, to remote accommodation facilities.The Opportunity:Due to exciting growth, SIRROM has an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join the team on a fly-in-fly-out from Perth.Reporting to the Operations Manager West, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations teams over 4 locations in the Pilbara region of remote WA.As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management teams of a small portfolio of mine-site villages, ensuring all operations run smoothly while maintaining a high standard of quality.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with village management teams to ensure the day-to-day operations and services is in line with contractual scope and is delivered to Sirrom standardsEnsure all villages meet relevant health, safety, and environmental regulationsManage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and external bodiesAddress issues that arise on-site promptly, ensuring a safe and productive working environment for all staffMaintain comprehensive reporting systems for all projects, including operational performance, safety compliance, and financial trackingProvide management support and mentorship, helping them develop professionally and grow within their rolesProvide coverage for management leave and absences as requiredKey Requirements:Minimum 3 - 5 years'' experience in village / project management role within remote environmentsStrong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop othersExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situationsApproved Managers CardCurrent drivers licenceFood Safety for Supervisors CertificateForklift Licence (desirable)In return for your commitment and exceptional leadership, we offer:Competitive salaryPredominately work an 8/6 roster (with some flexibility required)5 weeks annual leaveOpportunity to develop this newly created role into the business structureIf you are ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
