The best part is that were large enough to harness those opportunities and agile enough for you to be involved and make a direct impact on the way we operate.The RoleReporting to the Brand Manager, you will play an integral role in delivering distinctive and differentiated experiences across our portfolio of brands to grow market share and maximise business returns. From maintaining the integrity of our brands to delivering on strategic brand plans, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to ensure the ongoing strength and success of our brands.Key responsibilities:Support the development, management, and maintenance of brand documentation and creative assets.Implement marketing and brand activity that supports business priorities and delivers against brand plans.Support media planning, creative development, and asset delivery for brand advertising and tactical campaigns across multiple online and offline channels working closely with internal design, digital performance, and MarTech teams.Support creative agency briefs for campaigns ensuring adherence to brand guidelines to maintain integrity, consistency, and relevancy throughout the customer journey.Assist in identifying, securing, and activating partnerships aligned to the brands.Assist in managing social media agencies including reviewing and approving brand content and liaising with hotels for social media activations.Coordinate photo and video shoots for brands and hotels ensuring compliance with brand standards and visual identity.Maintain and update brand and hotel imagery on the digital asset library, print/digital files for hotels, brand guidelines, and playbooks.Provide brand-led copywriting across a wide range of mediums including presentations, social platforms, and EDMs.Support new hotel openings including brand materials, asset creation, and the execution of pre- and post-opening marketing plans.Manage design requests from hotels ensuring a high quality across all collateral and design pieces.Provide input into brand performance reporting including post-analysis of campaigns, periodic brand search analysis, social media metrics, and partnership campaigns as required.Work collaboratively with the hotel and revenue teams to create and implement brand-led accommodation packages and offers to support revenue generation.Provide general administrative support and preparation of budgets, plans, reports, and presentations for key internal stakeholders.About You:Minimum 3 years marketing experience in a similar role.Experience working with creative agencies and media partners.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Confident in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Strong attention to detail, well organised and time efficient.Good problem-solving skills with a practical approach.Ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment.A can-do attitude, and drive to continually raise the bar in everything you do.Ability to manage internal stakeholders and build strong, collaborative relationships within the organisation.Tertiary qualification in marketing/media/communications or related business course desirable.Previous experience in the hotel or travel-related industry is desirable.Full permanent work rights in Australia (essential).Additional benefits:Supportive, friendly team and company culture.Global hotel discounts for you and your family and friends.Food and Beverage discounts inclusive of cool bars with amazing views.Travel and wellness discounts.Paid birthday leave, community service leave and other leave options to attend to the things in life that are important to you.Paid parental leave.International exchange opportunities.Learning, development and career progression.Sounds like you?
