Senior Rewards AnalystSalt Search is partnering with a Global leading Digital Software Market Leader, seeking to bring on board a Senior Rewards Analyst to join the APAC and Japan Compensation and Benefits team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and enhancing their rewards programmes across the region. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. A solid understanding of Australian superannuation and sales roles will be beneficial. You''ll be expected to work independently, drive process improvements, and embrace new technologies, including generative AI, while contributing to the long-term success of the team.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive support for the administration of benefits, wellbeing, and compensation programmes, including health, retirement plans, leave entitlements, perks, and compensation reviews.Develop impactful PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate updates and changes to benefits programmes.Partner with the Darwin team for system enhancements, website updates, and upcoming renewals.Plan and execute wellbeing events and benefit education sessions, including coordinating with vendors, drafting communications, and hosting the events.Stay informed about legislative changes and market trends in relevant regions, participating in local benefits and compensation surveys.Conduct testing in Workday for new or modified time off and leave of absence (LOA) policies.Take on ad hoc projects, including managing smaller initiatives or contributing to larger-scale projects like pension scheme implementations, policy reviews, and vendor assessments.Address queries from the Employee Resource Centre (ERC), Talent Acquisition (TA) team, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), escalating matters as needed.Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, including ERC, payroll, HRBPs, legal, and communications teams across regions.Assist with the annual rewards planning process, including updating compensation ranges and role classifications to ensure market competitiveness.Support Workday system testing, rollouts, and year-end compensation processes, providing assistance during critical periods such as the January compensation tool opening.Serve as a subject matter expert in rewards planning and contribute to classifying sales and sales support roles accurately.Oversee employee enrolments and terminations in benefits programmes, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.Qualifications:5 to 10 years of experience in rewards, compensation, or benefits management.Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent project management and organisational skills.Experience with tools like Workday and Darwin is highly beneficial.Solid understanding of Australian superannuation and sales roles is an advantage.Ability to work independently, initiate change, and challenge existing practices.How to Apply:Ready to take the next step in your career?
