Were looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and building relationships to help grow our Home Care services across Sydney. Youll work closely with our supportive State and Marketing Teams to speak with potential clients and referral partners about how HCA can support them to live independently at home.What youll be doing:Talking with potential clients, families, and referrers about our Home Care servicesFollowing up on enquiries and helping guide people through the sign-up processBuilding a pipeline of future clients and spotting opportunities to grow our reachAttending community events to promote our services (and helping plan them too!)Working with our internal teams to make sure new clients are matched with the right care and servicesWhat were looking for:Some experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, aged care, or community workConfident communicator who enjoys networking and building relationshipsMotivated and organised someone who follows up and gets things doneComfortable using systems and keeping accurate records (we use a CRM)A willingness to learn about Home Care if youre new to the sectorWhat we offer:Full support and training from a friendly, experienced teamA rewarding role where youll make a real differenceOpportunities to grow with one of Australias leading healthcare providersYoull need a current Working with Children Check and a Police Check (dated within the last 12 months).
