Now its your turn to serve the payment needs of organizations and people the world over.As a Senior Analytics & Optimization Consultant in Australia, Sydney or Singapore, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry!The purpose of this ROLE is:As a Senior Analytics & Optimization Consultant, your mission is to manage, improve effectiveness and efficiency in delivery of ACI Payments Intelligence initiatives that enhance strategic client and segment performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze complex data sets, and provide actionable insights. You will oversee the planning and ensure high quality of delivery on all ACI Payments Intelligence projects/tasks, strategic initiatives, and gap/issue remediation within access all segments. You will also need to identify, assess, track and report risk gaps, emerging needs/trends, regulatory initiatives, and redundancies/enhancement opportunities.A Typical day at ACI for a Senior Analytics & Optimization Consultant is:External Subject Matter ExpertDeliver expert payments intelligence optimization knowledge, experience, and analytical capability to ACIs customers and across all segments by way of:Conduct external and internal payments intelligence research, investigation, and interrogation to identify and deliver innovation solutions; reducing fraud loss, operational improvements, and increase customer satisfaction.Design and build payments optimization control processes within the wider business and market, delivering a central framework of predictive analytics, digital ID solutions, and intelligent network of features and signals.Integrate machine learning and artificial intelligence to adapt to evolving requirements.Provide expert advice and consultancy, identifying, and evaluating fraud and digital ID risks including structures, best practices, new product developments and major change initiatives.Implement fraud, AML, digital ID validation and authentication, CTF prevention strategy ACIs Payments Intelligence solutions, ultimately to help customers mitigate fraud losses, reduce operational expense, and improve customer experience.Build and advise to a robust Payments Intelligence User Group to deliver strategic and innovative solutions to ACIs Customers in maximizing the solutions in place, adoption on innovation, and to help promote ACIs brand and credibility.Provide a point of escalation contact for strategic customers and segments, ensuring that any problems are dealt with appropriately and rectified within a timely manner.Gather business requirements, specifying, documenting, and sponsoring of developments.Provide customer Payments Intelligence consultancy on ACI Worldwide solutions.Embrace and adhere to ACIs strategy and operational plans.Internal Subject Matter ExpertSupport designated regions and competencies is in line with ACIs expectations by striving to increase profitability of the ACI Payments Intelligence solutions and promoting the all-framework solutions and core competencies both internally and externally.Deliver go-to-market strategies with the ACIs marketing organisation to build pipeline, brand recognition and reputation by sponsoring key marketing programs, industry events and webinars.Keep abreast of all technological developments in payments intelligence control and to act as the key interface for Customers and strategic alliances from a payment intelligence perspective.Be a key mentor and member of all payment intelligence solution projects, new and ongoing, providing guidance, strategy, business analysis and professional advice / consultancy.Adopt and deliver ACIs leading-edge payments intelligence signals and systems.Accountability for Business ResultsConsult to aid ACI Worldwide sales organization to build pipeline, pre-sales engagements, customer presentations, demonstrations of ACI solutions and providing industry thought leadership.Consult to aid region success with ACI Worldwide expectations by striving to increase profitability of the payments intelligence and financial crime core competencies both internally and externally.Perform other duties as assigned.Understand and adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed to succeed in this role:Bachelors degree in Statistics or Computer Science or Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Finance or related studies.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.Technical knowledge of payments intelligence and financial crime detection systems, processes and platforms is essential.Extensive understanding of all types of payments fraud, promotional or policy abuse, AML, CTF, KYC and internal fraud practices.Skilled in conducting thorough analysis of complex data or fraud threats; identify patterns, trends, and correlations: innovate, deliver, and recommend strategic decision-making opportunities, streamline payment procedures, and operational value delivering revenue growth.Experience in designing and producing payment optimization control processes within the wider business and market, delivering a central framework of predictive analytics, digital ID solutions, and intelligent network of features and signals.Proven valuable deliver to financial, merchant, payment service providers, and/or other large payment services organisations.Experience of analytical tools and languages e.g. SQL Server Query Analyser, SAS Base, TOAD, Access, and Oracle Discoverer.Strong communication and analytical skills.Drive for results - Ability to work at speed with limited supervision.Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills to deal with Customers and Strategic Partners.Ability to think strategically.Understanding and knowledge of products/solutions currently marketed by ACI is a plus.Benefits: In return for your expertise, we offer growth, opportunity, and a competitive compensation and benefits package in a casual work environment.Are you ready to help us transform the world of electronic payments?
