Payroll and customer service database and other departmental systems highly desirable.About The RoleSpecifically, as a Corporate Services Officer within the HR Team your role may include (but is not limited to) the following key tasks:Client service response via generic mailbox and telephone enquiries;Enquiry/update using The Solution Series (TSS) payroll system;Preparation, update and maintenance of HR documents including letters, emails and Excel spreadsheets (various) and presentation materials;Use of client service database (Service Now) for recording and flow of client enquiries;Communication and liaison with Regional team members, Schools, Employees, Teacher Applicants, Teacher Applicant Centre, Payroll Services teams, Recruitment team and other key stakeholders;Support for other HR team members in meeting timelines;Running corporate reports, collation and interpretation of data;Checking of forms, action and redirection as required;Provision of advice to schools on Departmental policies and procedures relating to human resources and broad range of employee groups;Contribute to team to meet service commitment.Interested?
