We are looking for a Senior Designer to work alongside our growing team. The role requires a minimum of 8+ years post-grad experience in high-end residential interiors.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCETo succeed in this role, you must have:Completed a tertiary degree in Interior Design / Interior ArchitectureA minimum of 8+ years post graduate experienceExceptional creative talent, technical ability and the ability to move effortlessly between these two skill setsA proven track record of delivering residential projects through to construction and completion, including project management experience within AustraliaConfidence and experience leading client presentations and communicationsConfidence and experience leading projects and directing a teamThe ability to balance several projects simultaneouslyA solid understanding of the BCA, Australian Standards & council regulationsExperience preparing documentation for tender and constructionA wholehearted desire to strive and contribute meaningfully within a thriving teamProficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, IndesignABOUT KATE NIXONWe create warm and inviting interiors which are classic and comfortable, polished and practical, equally at ease with elegant entertaining and everyday family life.We create places for people.
