The position requires balancing exceptional customer service delivery with effective building operations management to create an optimal workplace environment for Client employees and visitors.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Build relationships with key client representativesPro-actively develop and manage client stakeholders ensuring that the expected service levels are achievedEnsure compliance to all OH&S, Environment and Risk Management Policies and ProceduresContribute to the development and fulfilment of the asset plan and strategic directionManage legislative and contractual obligations in accordance with JLL and client contract agreement and policiesAssist and enable delivery towards achieving and maintaining clients sustainability aspirationsAssist planning, management and reporting of Capex and Opex budgets and delivery associated programs.What you will bring:Proven experience in Operations Management in a corporate environmentDedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys building client relationshipsHands-on approach to problem solving with capability to juggle multiple ongoing tasksAbility to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced teamTertiary qualifications in Facilities Management or related discipline are also highly regardedFamiliarity with computerised maintenance management systems and have highly developed negotiation, influencing and communication skillsDemonstrated capability to take initiative and leadership amongst a group and drive changeLocation:On-site Launceston, TASIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all of the requirements.
