Your focus on quality, efficiency, and team development will drive our cafe to new heights.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food and beveragesManage staff, including scheduling and trainingMaintain inventory and supplies to ensure a seamless operationCreate and update menu items that reflect our guests'' tastes and seasonal ingredientsFoster a positive, engaging atmosphere for customers and staffQualifications:Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant management role is an advantageStrong leadership and communication skillsPassion for exceptional customer service and team developmentPosition: Bar SupervisorRole Overview:As our Bar Supervisor, you will ensure our bar operates efficiently while delivering a fantastic experience to our members.
