Youll be central to managing Council Committee processes, coordinating internal and external communication, and supporting the delivery of good governance and meaningful community outcomes.What youll be doing:Coordinate all aspects of Council Committee meetings and forums agendas, papers, attendance, minute-taking and post-meeting follow-upManage complex schedules, correspondence, stakeholder relationships and information requestsAct as a liaison between the Directorate, Elected Members, community members and senior stakeholdersSupport strategic decision-making through research, writing and report coordinationEnsure governance, procurement and records management processes are applied with accuracy and careKeep things movingespecially when things are moving fastWho this role suits:You dont need to be a subject matter expert in planning, building or health services.
