(HE05) $80,118 to $89,085 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.Fixed term position available until August 2026.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse, dynamic and interesting role and an ideal position for an experienced person with strong administration, transactional finance and communication skills.Reporting to the Team Leader of Faulty Operations, the Faculty Administration Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing services and support to meet School and Faculty operational needs.Key responsibilities include:Handling transactional financial tasks (creating purchase orders, organising reimbursements, internal journal transfers, acquitting credit card expenses).Travel arrangements for staff and students.Committee support and events.Monitoring/actioning faculty generic email accounts.If you have a positive can do attitude, are good at multi-tasking, are flexible and enjoy working collaboratively within a team, this is the role for you.To be successful you will need:High-level organisational and administrative skills including the ability to prioritise and manage workload.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing, in a succinct, professional, and responsive manner, including liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to give excellent attention to detail and manage high-volume tasks efficiently and accurately.Demonstrated proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.Enjoy an outstanding career environmentWe offer a uniquely rewarding workplace.
