Our over 2000 team members across the East Coast consistently strive to exceed our clients expectations and make a difference in the communities we serve.About the roleZinfra currently has a 12-month fixed term contract available in Gladstone to cover parental leave. The role will provide administrative support services to Jemena Gas Pipelines, including performing front office duties and monitoring movements of field personnel on and along the gas pipeline during normal office hours. This position works closely with the local Field Manager and field team, guided by the Senior Business Support Officer. Additionally, this position will undertake minor administrative projects that will add value to the business unit process.Key Responsibilities include:High level proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and SAP (desirable).Demonstrated high level of computer literacy and competence in the MS suite of software, particularly Word and Excel.SAP experience and knowledge will be highly regarded.Data input accuracy.Ability to plan work, organise, prioritise tasks, and respond immediately to changing circumstances and demands.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate information at all levels of the organisation.Excellent telephone manner, concise structured report writing, and a willingness to support business needs as they arise.Demonstrated success and experience in building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong attention to detail.Proven ability to self-manage workflow and demonstrate initiative.Ability to work safely and promote a safe workplace.About YouAbility to work in a goal-oriented team.Can manage their own priorities to achieve key milestones while adhering to tight deadlines.A team player, able to work on their own initiative but as part of the team when appropriate.Demonstrated client focus.Flexible and willing to adapt to changing business and operational needs.We are champions of equal opportunity employment and have committed to targets for gender equality and first nations representation in our workforce.
