You will apply extensive data management/governance literacy and deep technical knowledge in SQL based reporting to oversee delivery of BAU (business as usual) products from within the team, to plan and oversee reporting projects of strategic and operational significance to the Tribunal and provide plain, actionable advice to high level stakeholders interested in harnessing the power of the Tribunals evolving reporting capabilities.Your extensive experience and deep knowledge of best practice in SQL based reporting will also form a foundation from which to nurture talent within the team, both in technical feedback provided in BAU and project oversight, but also in leading a culture of curiosity and continuous learning amongst team members who are deeply invested in unlocking the latent insights of the Tribunals corporate and operational data.About the team:Currently working with on-premises Microsoft SQL Server suite for reporting and data transformations, the team is embarking on an exciting journey, as ART moves towards implementing an advanced Azure cloud data platform and development of a Corporate Data Warehouse.The team works closely to maintain and release its BAU (business as usual) products, whilst assisting the Corporate Data Warehouse Project, which will become the reporting tooling, platform and data warehouse for the Data and Reporting Team at its completion.In this role, you''ll be the driving force behind the ongoing evolution of the business-as-usual (BAU) reporting platform, ensuring it runs seamlessly while contributing to the development of ARTs future data capabilities.
