To provide top-tier earthmoving equipment for hire and sale, paired with customer service that sets the benchmark for excellence.ABOUT YOUMinimum of 3+ years within an outbound and/or inbound customer service environment.Experience working within a high-paced customer-centric team that is results driven essential.Exceptional computer skills as well as experience with Microsoft programs.Attention to detail and accuracy with excellent presentation, communication, and organisational skills.Familiarity with and knowledge of a wide range of earth moving equipment and the transport industry.Extremely well organised.A minimum of two (2) years experience in the earth moving and/or equipment rental industry (or similar) desirable (Not essential).ABOUT THE ROLEYour duties will include:Handle incoming hire requests and assist clients with their hire needs. This includes the completion of quotations and the associated follow up work as required adhering to the always close the loop mantra.Be responsible for the administrative tasks (e.g.: on/off/cross hires) relating to all hire related information to ensure everything is carried out in an efficient and effective manner, relative to the customers requirements.Dealing with, maintaining, and developing existing and new customer and supplier relationships.Stay in proactive contact with key clients in relation to upcoming works and opportunities.Maximising the utilisation of equipment hire through effective decision making and branch sharing.Assist in the acquisition of transport using effective communication and business acumen.Participate in staff training (as required).Attend Scheduled Team Meetings and other nominated meetings (eg: Team & Staff Meeting), to obtain information and maintain a high skill level of expertise across all procedures, products, and services.Providing additional support to the sales & operations Team as needed.WHAT''S ON OFFERWork-Life Balance: No weekends!
