With your strong facilitation and alignment skills, youll help unlock potential, build capability, and embed a future-focused mindset across Datacom.If you''re passionate about driving meaningful change, influencing outcomes, and enabling strategy that makes a real difference, this is your chance to be a key force in Datacoms ongoing evolution.What youll bringStrategic Orientation: Ability to align change initiatives with organisational goals and drive enterprise-wide transformation.Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to engage and inspire stakeholders across all levels, fostering alignment and commitment.Change & Transformation Expertise: Deep knowledge of change management and transformation methodologies, tools, and techniques.Collaboration: Skilled in building partnerships across matrixed teams and diverse functions.Critical Thinking: Ability to break down complex information into smaller, manageable parts to understand how they fit together.KnowledgeBroad knowledge of business functions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in project and change management methodologies and tools.ResponsibilitiesStrategy ExecutionWork alongside business functions in solving complex problems of strategic significance, through providing critical thinking, facilitation, and effective communication of analysis and recommendations.Help define what success looks like, including defining adoption metrics and how to achieve it.Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to gain support for strategic initiatives and ensure solutions are designed with adoption in mind.Support initiative leads to refine strategic initiatives and frameworks to help enable data-driven decisions and new ways of working.Facilitation of key working sessions to drive alignment, enable critical thinking, and effective problem solving.Support rollout and execution in alignment with roadmap and engagement with key partners.Ensure relevant reporting and governance is captured, reviewed, and managed effectively.Change AdoptionWorking with key impacted teams to understand change impact and design & execute change plan to ensure readiness and adoption of changes.Coach and advise leaders on their roles in driving and sustaining change within their teams.Support the design and delivery of capability uplift initiatives and communications as required.Work closely with business, People & Culture, and Comms teams to surface success stories and deliver localised messaging.Provide actionable insights to senior leaders and stakeholders to mitigate risks and accelerate adoption.Facilitate workshops and leverage relevant channels to provide guidance and create space for discovery, collaboration, and transparency.Facilitate reflection sessions with senior leadership and instil a continuous improvement mindset.Contribute to content development that brings to life our evolving strategy and change narrative.Ensure change adoption is effectively tracked, and key risks are mitigated.Why join us here at Datacom?Datacom is one of Australia and New Zealands largest suppliers of Information Technology professional services.
