Our ACAS team is expanding, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Liaison Officer to join the team.What will your role look like?You will be responsible for creating and maintaining clear communication channels between Residential Aged Care (RAC) homes, RAC Funding Assessors and My Aged Care to ensure Older Australians are assessed for Aged Care needs and funding as required.Day to day this includes:Maintaining effective communication between all stakeholders that ensures resources, assessment organisation personnel and access to facilities are optimalBeing the main point of contact for My Aged Care and RAC homes for all scheduling communicationMaintaining the RAC facility contacts listCommunicating with aged care homes about their obligations to assist RAC Funding Assessors and recording any complaints received from aged care homesManaging cancellations and changes via emailAssisting with the planning, maintenance, and communication of the RAC Funding Assessment schedule.Arranging and booking travel for assessors as requiredTo be successful in this role youll need:A genuine passion for providing high quality care to older AustraliansExcellent communication skills including written, verbal and listeningExcellent planning, organising and problem-solving skillsA high degree of computer literacyAbility to maintain professionalism and confidentialityCommitment to exceptional customer service both to internal and external stakeholdersWillingness to apply for a Police CheckWhat we can offer you:Competitive hourly pay rateNot-for-profit tax benefits so you pay less taxFitness Passport discounted gym membershipsPaid Parental leaveLong Service leave after 5 yearsApply online now!Aged Care Assessment Services acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we live, work and dream.
