We are looking to hire two Installers/service technicians and one duct cleaner.Installer/Service Tech Job Description:Perform installation of HVAC related equipment following company policies and manufacturers specificationsCarry out wiring of both low and line voltage to cooling and heating equipmentPerform installation of copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and solderingPerform installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial and residential buildingsEnsure connection of gas lines to heating equipment is properly doneDetermine the right material needed for installation work by pre-measuring jobsReceive all materials and equipment required for each job, confirm and load them into company vehicleProvide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time as instructed by managementCreate and maintain cordial and collaborative working relationships with both superiors and co-workersEnsure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled outCarry out readings on machines with the full understanding of the implication of such readingsEnsure assigned company vehicle is kept cleanPerform any other duty that may be directed by management.HVAC Duct Cleaner Job Description:Provide quality air duct cleaning and related services to customersFollow NADCA STANDARDSAssist with direction to customers location and serve as a spotter behind the vehicle during all vehicle backing proceduresProductively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaningMove and/or lift equipmentRemove all registers and returns, seal in preparation of the duct cleaningClean and mark if needed, all registers and returns, then place back in the original positionAssist in the set-up/tear-down of equipmentAssist in the cleaning of the air ductsVacuum and clean all registersAssist in clean-up of work area, account for all tools and equipmentAccount for and return all cleaning tools, hoses, etc. to the truck before departure from the customers homeRequirements Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge for Service Tech/Installer & Duct Cleaner positionsPossession of 1-3 years HVAC installation experiencePossession of High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; EPA certification a plusPossess effective verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and customer service skillsMust have an honest and dependable personalityStrong mechanical aptitudeStrong ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipmentSelf-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a teamAbility to display professional company imagePossession of valid AA drivers license with good record of drivingAbility to pass a background check for criminalityStrong ability to write and read in EnglishAbility to lift items weighing up to 100 lbs safelyStrong ability to operate under severe temperature conditions of 120 or more for long periods of timeAbility to work overtime or Saturdays when neededAbility to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually.Benefits OfferedMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany-paid life insurancePaid Vacations & HolidaysPaid sick days #J-18808-Ljbffr
