Pharmacy Brisbane Casual Slade PharmacyThe OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Slade Pharmacy to fill casual roles. You will provide hands-on clinical pharmacy services, supporting patient care and working closely with a multidisciplinary team.Key ResponsibilitiesConducting medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation.Dispensing and supplying medications and pharmacy products.Managing patient medication needs during inpatient stays, day infusions, and discharges.Building and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure outstanding service to patients and clients.Providing support and education to patients, carers, and hospital staff.Advising on health promotion, disease prevention, and the proper use of medications.Pharmacy Operating HoursMonday to Friday: 07:00am 07:00pmSaturday: 07:00am 02:00pmSunday: 08:30am 11:30amEssential RequirementsCurrent AHPRA general registration as a Pharmacist.Permanent Australian working rights.About UsIcon Group provides a complete suite of services to support the operation of more than 75 pharmacies across Australia.
