This is a hands-on, high-impact role where no two days are the same. Youll take full ownership of making sure our vehicles are clean, serviced, damage-assessed, and 100% customer-ready across all product lines.From the final polish on a bonnet to ensuring our fleet meets the highest safety standards, you''ll be the go-to for the presentation, preparation, and security of every vehicle that hits the road. If youre someone who thrives on action, detail, and pride in your work, this is your moment to drive real impact at a fast-moving, purpose-driven company.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring all vehicles are cleaned, full of fuel/charge.Controlling cars that are onsite at the depot, ensuring depot carpark is neat and tidy.Movement of vehicles to and from specified locations as required (Service, Warranty, etc).Completion of Inspection photos for vehicles (inbound, outbound).Inspecting and reviewing accident repaired vehicles.Organisation of depot at the end of each day ensuring vehicles are parked appropriately and secure.Assisting stakeholders with vehicle pick ups Service, Accident repairs.Ensuring all vehicles are serviced on time and have the necessary works completed.Receiving and preparing new vehicles (installation of telematic devices).Assisting in vehicle preparation for de-fleet (sale preparation).What youll bringFull unrestricted Australian Drivers License (must have).Comfortable commuting and working out of our Gold Coast Hub located in Burleigh Heads.Intermediate level computer skills.Strong can-do attitude with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.Excellent attention to detail.The ability to ensure all compliance requirements are met.The ability to go above & beyond in your role to assist the team and for customer satisfaction.Previous customer service experience (desirable).Stock control/Logistics or related industry experience (desirable).Mechanical aptitude or a reasonable understanding of motor vehicles (desirable).Our benefitsA competitive base salary and an annual performance-based bonus.Salary packaging and an amazing novated lease program that contributes to your vehicle repayments!A dedicated Employee Assistance Program.Dedicated Learning & Development platform.A day off to celebrate your birthday!Splend is a dynamic growth company with a shared vision for success.
