We are a 74-place centre now on the lookout for our next Cook to join our fun loving team!The roleThis role enables you to play an active part in creating healthy menus.Youll have access to a national network of centre cooks who regularly share recipes, questions, ideas and tips!Youll also be encouraged to utilise the amazing Feed Australia program a free program enabling cooks to plan, budget and access healthy menus to enable childrens growth and development while in child care.About youEfficient and capable cookAble to prepare, implement and evaluate the nutritional content of menus for children of all agesExperienced in bulk meal preparation, online ordering, stock management and budget controlStrict about complying with relevant food safety and hygiene regulations and standardsAble to cater for individual child requirements including allergies, specific dietary requirements and needsKeen to participate in the early educational opportunities of teaching children about healthy food by sharing in lessons and family eventsAbout the centre:We are a beautiful 74-place childcare centre located in the heart of Rosebery.
