We would love for you to consider joining our Sydney team on a casual basis.Job DescriptionAs a Genea Day Surgery Nurse, your duties will include:Patient admission, screening and pre-operative preparationAssist Doctors with treatment in the procedure room competentlyProvide safe and effective recovery care to patients, escalating for clinical review as indicatedPatient discharge - assessment of readiness and issue of post-operative instructions and medicationsSafe handling and management of specimens, medications, antibiotics and blood products (where applicable)Assist in the day to day activities of the day surgery as requiredQualificationsThis role is perfect for an experienced Day Surgery Nurse looking for some casual hours.
