You will play a significant part in promoting social interaction and well-being among residents, contributing to the overall positive living experience within Arcare.Your Key Responsibilities Will BeCustomer Service: Provide friendly and attentive customer service to residents, staff, and visitors who visit the caf. Greet customers, take orders, and handle transactions with professionalism and courtesy.Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, as well as simple snacks or light meals available in the caf.Menu Management: Assist in creating and updating the caf menu, considering residents'' dietary requirements, preferences, and popular choices.Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and other caf supplies, and reorder items as necessary.Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the caf area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
