Our facilities include our Ten Stories Restaurant, Arches Bar on Market, Meeting Rooms and Conferencing spaces including a heritage-listed ballroom seating up to 400 people, fully equipped fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool and award-winning Spa Centre, Spa and Sport.Swisstel Sydney, part of Accors international network, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our all day dining restaurant Ten Stories.Job DescriptionSupport the daily operations of the outlet and assist the Management team in the effective and efficient running of the restaurant.Deliver friendly, professional, and prompt service to all guests, both in-house and external, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.Provide a warm welcome and engage with guests respectfully, offering menu recommendations and assistance through meaningful interactions.Consistently adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures related to the venues service and operations.Maximise seating efficiency and guest flow through effective multitasking and clear communication with the management team.Accurately process financial transactions and carry out end-of-day closing procedures in line with company policies and standards.QualificationsThe ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service.Previous experience in a similar role.Exceptional communication and organisational skills.Hands-on and customer focused.Approachable, charismatic, and fun.Product knowledge of menu and dining trends.High level of attention to detail.Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card.Additional InformationWhat We OfferA fun and supportive work environment with a dedicated management team.Exciting career growth and development opportunities within the hotel and across the Accor group.Pay above F&B attendant rate (this position is paid at HIGA level 3). #J-18808-Ljbffr
