You''ll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.Service Location: Port MelbourneYoull work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:7:00am - 9:00am + 3:00pm - 6:15pmThe Role - Ready to Grow Your Leadership?As the Second in Charge (2IC), youll be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, ready to make a meaningful impact on the children, parents, and team.Involved: Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies.Innovation: Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.Genuine: Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.Fun: Play and have FUN with primary school-aged children.Remarkable: Support with ensuring your program is compliant according to industry regulations.The Successful Candidate:Ideally, you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - We can train you! Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still a big kid at heart. Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.You''re a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude. Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children. Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!
