In particular, JAS Oceania is a major national wholesaler of Automotive Rotating Electrical, Air-Conditioning, Accessories and Lighting products, focusing on servicing the Auto Electrical sector.At JAS, we live by our values of:We give a damn...We are in it together...We do the right thingWe are seeking a full-time permanent team member to join us at JAS Oceania Rockhampton, with great ongoing career opportunities.Job SummaryThe Phone Sales / Store Person''s role is to efficiently take branch sales phone calls and maintain a clean, tidy and safe environment in the branch store.About the RoleWe are looking for a person who has a passion for customer service, a willingness to learn, and is driven to reach business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to branch phone calls, assisting customers and Account Managers to maximise branch sales.Assist customers at the branch sales counter.Process Invoices, Credits and RMAs.Receive and dispatch goods / consign freight in a timely and efficient manner.Undertake Stock Counts.Maintain goods, pallet racking and shelving in correct sequence and location.Report incorrect stock levels to the branch manager and other branches.Skills & ExperienceAn ability to work in a team to meet KPIs.Well presented.Automotive electrical parts sales, mechanical workshop, or warehousing experience would be an advantage.If you think you have what it takes to join the team, please click the Apply button below.
