Apply now Job no: 496143Work type: FT - WhiteLocation: PerthCategories: Project SupervisorsGain experience working on large scale Defence, resources and Civil projectsProjects ranging from $500k - $15MWorking alongside the project delivery team, you will be supervising on various construction, remediation, rehabilitation and civil projects within the DDR portfolio.THE ROLEOversee, manage and deliver projects onsite from beginning to endOnsite management of all site resources including subcontractors, trades, staff and equipmentEnsure effective cost control and efficient running of the projectCarry out all DDR HSEQ requirements including but not limited to safety audits, toolbox talks, quality ITPs, site coordination meetings etcProject progress reports for the Project Management teamFortnightly look ahead programs and trackingBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and externalLiaise closely with the project team to ensure project runs to programABOUT YOUAbility to lead, plan for and manage onsite resources, including labour and equipmentExperience in maintaining and promoting health and safety in the workplaceLeadership qualities with ability to develop employees and build subcontractor site teamsClear and open communication to subcontractors and project stakeholdersAble to build and develop relationships to obtain the best project and company outcomesTrade certification and/or construction management qualificationsPrior experience working on Defence projects (desirable)Current Drivers LicenceAbility to obtain a Police ClearanceSubmit your resume today and start a conversation with one of our recruiters.
