They are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Proposals Manager to join their team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the preparation of high-value proposals for major water and wastewater projects, playing a key role in the organisation''s growth and success.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end development of strategic, high-quality proposals for large-scale water and wastewater projects, ensuring they align with both client requirements and company objectives.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technical, commercial, and operational teams, to gather the necessary input and deliver winning solutions.Drive the creation and execution of proposal strategies, including identifying win themes, differentiators, and ensuring a tailored solution is presented to the client.Oversee the preparation of proposal documents, ensuring that they are compliant with all client requirements and submitted on time.Provide leadership and guidance to a team of proposal professionals, ensuring the highest standards of quality and collaboration are maintained.Ensure all proposals are aligned with internal processes, corporate branding guidelines, and industry best practices.Represent the organisation in client meetings and presentations, building strong relationships and ensuring the successful positioning of the company.Manage proposal timelines and coordinate resources effectively to ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.Work closely with the business development and project management teams to ensure alignment between proposals and project execution.Key Requirements:10-15 years of experience in proposal management, specifically within the water and wastewater sectors, with a comprehensive understanding of the industrys technical, commercial, and regulatory aspects.Proven experience in leading and managing large, complex proposals from the initial planning stages to final submission.Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing and mentoring proposal teams to drive high-quality submissions.Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in pricing models, contract negotiations, and cost management.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical and commercial information.Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail, quality, and adherence to deadlines.Willingness to travel frequently to Brisbane during the first 6 months to oversee proposal development and client engagements.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline).At least 10 years of experience in senior proposal management roles within the water and wastewater sectors.Extensive experience with proposal management tools and software, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.Why Join Our Client?Join a dynamic and innovative organisation that is at the forefront of environmental services.Lead and manage proposals that have a significant impact on water and wastewater infrastructure across Australia.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and career development within a global industry leader.If you are a seasoned Senior Proposals Manager with a strong background in water and wastewater projects, and you are ready to take on an exciting leadership role, we encourage you to apply.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
