We foster meaningful careers through high-quality education across our campuses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide:About The RoleThe Quality Assurance Manager will support the Head of Quality Assurance in implementing governance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks for our vocational educational provider.This role is responsible for monitoring and evaluating quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.This position will be based at our Melbourne campus.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage quality assurance and governance processes for VETEnsure compliance with required RTO standards and other regulatory requirements.Prepare reports and documentation for audits, reviews, and senior management.Assist with preparing ASQA, and other government applications.Develop and implement reviews and audits as part of the quality assurance cycle.Coordinate and conduct training sessions on QA standards and best practices.Serve as Executive Officer and manage action items for internal committees, if requiredPrepare reports for senior management and governance committeesEducation, Experience, And SkillsBachelors degree in a relevant field (postgraduate qualifications preferred)A minimum of 5 years experience in quality assurance within VET sectorProven experience in quality assurance and governance in a Registered Training OrganisationA strong understanding of regulatory standards in VET sectorProficiency in Microsoft Office365Excellent stakeholder engagementHigh attention to detailCross cultural awarenessWhy Join Us?Paid birthday leaveIndividual training budget for professional developmentReward and recognition programsBreakfast supplies on campusYear-round engagement eventsNovated leasing optionsEveryday benefits and savings via Flare appFun and diverse working environmentCBD location with easy access to public transportDiversity & InclusionWe celebrate diversity and are committed to reflecting Australian society to better serve our students.
