The Site HRM will be an advisor and strategic partner on all human resources-related issues and activities, including leadership, workforce planning, talent management, org design, employee relations, and employee engagement. Strong communication skills will be necessary, as the role will collaborate with our business leaders and HR team to navigate and manage compensation annual cycles and processes for the site, including merit, bonus, equity adjustment, and market analysis. The incoming leader will be closely involved in developing and applying scalable site human resources strategy while ensuring we build the optimal teams and capabilities required to achieve business objectives. This role requires an agile, skilled, hands-on, communicative individual who will drive the implementation of world-class manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, and a positive, inclusive work environment.ResponsibilitiesAct as the strategic HR partner to align business needs with HR strategies and initiatives for site growth.Lead change management and support stakeholders through transitions.Foster a positive workplace culture, emphasizing inclusion, employee recognition, and community presence.Coach and influence diverse stakeholders.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and offer negotiation.Promote continuous improvement by analyzing processes, driving operational performance, and enhancing employee experience.Utilize data to inform decisions and maintain data integrity.Lead ethics investigations and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.Manage compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity, market analysis) in collaboration with the compensation team.Advise management on organization design to support business growth.Build organizational capability by identifying critical roles, defining workforce plans, and addressing talent gaps.Drive talent development and succession planning with the management team.Lead and develop the HR team to achieve performance excellence and organizational effectiveness.QualificationsBachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business/Management, Organizational Management, or related HR areas of study.At least 6 years of significant professional accomplishments, including increasing responsibility and leadership of Human Resources teams.Experience supporting a Manufacturing environment.Demonstrated leadership, project management, and change management experience.Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend solutions aligned with business needs.Excellent employee relations, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution experience.Nice to have:Master''s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business/Management, Organizational Management, or related HR areas of study.SPHR certification.Experience in the Aerospace industry.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesIndustrial Machinery Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
