We provide services to 25,000 customers, supporting a diverse, productive and sustainable region.About the roleAs Lead Project Manager for Infrastructure Delivery Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project management for multidiscipline infrastructure projects across the Goulburn Murray Irrigation District. The successful candidate will demonstrate an above average intent to drive continuous improvement in both the team they directly oversee and those teams they integrate with.GMW utilises a gated methodology across its capital program and as such, the role requires advanced stakeholder management skills. With GMWs project pipeline spanning multiple years, a methodical approach to project planning, scheduling, and resourcing is a must.As Lead Project Manager, your ability to leverage both your own experience and that of your team is highly sought given the variable nature of the projects to be executed.Based in Tatura office with flexible home working arrangements, your core responsibilities will include:Leading your team with coaching, direction and support, and championing a culture of trust, innovation and excellence.Managing your team, ensuring business continuity is maintained in a variable environment.Fostering partnerships and stakeholder relationships with customers, suppliers, government agencies and community organisations.What do you need?A track record of achieving long term sustainable outcomes when managing programs of works in a senior position.A positive attitude toward change.
