Everything we do is dedicated to enabling, celebrating and supporting older Australians to live and age positively.Located next to the Bundaberg Golf Club in the subtropical Central Queensland town of Bundaberg, Bolton Clarkes Fairways provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure and comfortable residential environment.About your roleAs a Housekeeping Team Leader, you''ll provide efficient management and operations of the cleaning and laundry operations, ensuring a safe, high-quality cleaning and laundry service to residents and guests in compliance with legislative requirements and ASNZS Standards for Laundry and Cleaning Practices.Responsibilities include:Manage all compliance aspects of cleaning and laundry servicesProvide leadership and supervision of the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping teamResponsible for managing and working within budgets for cleaning, laundry and labour costs ensuring budgeted hours are achievedManage the ordering, delivery, stock control and storage processes for housekeeping servicesCommunicate regularly with residents and committees to ensure the housekeeping services meet their needs, and issues are addressed in a timely and professional mannerIdentify opportunities to continuously improve operational processes and practicesLead and manage Bolton Clarkes Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental (OHS&E) goalsWhat do we need from you?Demonstrated experience in commercial housekeepingExperience in organisation and management abilitySubstantial communications skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and as a member of a teamEvidence of Australian work rightsCurrent National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements2025 Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)Apply nowOur application process takes less than 10 minutes.
