The primary objectives of the role are:Define, lead and manage KDHS'' psychosocial risk management program;Provide leadership and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislative requirements;Provide creative and innovative strategies to promote wellbeing aligned with KDHS'' strategic priority "A dynamic, capable and supported workforce".Oversee and enhance services provided to staff and managers, including psychosocial risk advisory, respectful workplace behaviors, wellbeing, family violence support and employee assistance services.About YouRelevant qualification in occupational health & safety or equivalent experience;Experience in leading and managing OHS function of an organisation;Knowledge of relevant legislation, codes of practice and policy;Experience leading, developing, implementing and evaluating dynamic work health and safety and/or wellbeing programs;Coaching and mentoring skills.Further InformationThe full position description is available for download.
