In addition, there are shift penalties and overtime payments available, and as you advance in the ranks, so does your wage.Allowances and leave:Great work life balance with up to nine weeks recreation leave and 16 weeks parental leave, plus study leave, long-service leave and additional superannuation.Paid training:You are paid a salary of $55,995 per annum during your 12 weeks of training at the Victoria Police Academy.
