Flip it into a fierce recovery moment.Team Leadership & CultureLead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team, including department heads, front-line scoopers, and event staffEnsure proper hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling of all venue teamsFoster a vibrant, empowering, and inclusive culture that reflects our brand valuesManage staff performance with regular feedback, development plans, and clear accountabilityFinancials & ReportingOversee venue-wide budget: labor, COGS, inventory, events, and P&L responsibilityCollaborate with the Head of Operations on scheduling, procurement, and inventory strategyTrack sales, event revenue, and KPIs; report weekly to executive leadership with insights and action plans.
