Reporting to and supported by the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and management of the learning and development, organisational development and transformation portfolios at Service Stream. This role is based at our modern Head Office, across from Southern Cross Station, featuring a balcony, BBQ area, collaborative and quiet spaces and natural light.About the roleYou will foster a strong learning culture and provide strategic ownership of our Registered Training Organisation, Enersafe, to ensure it delivers outstanding, compliant, and commercially viable training services. You will lead transformation initiatives for continuous development, align training with business goals and future-proof our workforce. Additionally, you will drive leadership development, talent programs and strategic transformation.Key responsibilities will include:RTO ManagementProviding strategic oversight of the RTO and developing and implementing strategies to expand offerings.Overseeing training program development, compliance, funding applications and financial management within the RTO portfolio.Ensuring that the RTO''s accreditation, auditing and registration requirements are consistently met.Strategic Learning & DevelopmentDesigning and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy and leading the development of core learning programs to meet current and future talent needs.Overseeing the continuous improvement of our LMS and other digital learning platforms and driving the introduction of innovative learning methods.Transformation InitiativesLeading strategic transformation initiatives and collaborating with senior leaders to implement change management programs.Overseeing projects related to organisational restructuring, process improvement and leadership development.Organisational DevelopmentLeading organisational development initiatives that promote employee engagement, talent development and leadership capabilities across all levels.Driving programs that enhance employee experience and support career progression and implementing frameworks and policies for succession planning.Building and developing a high-performing Learning & Transformation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.Promoting cross-functional teamwork to ensure the alignment of learning initiatives with broader P&E and business objectives.About youOur ideal candidate has a passion for learning development and is a strategic thinker who can align learning and transformation initiatives with business goals. You will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of RTO operations and compliance, and the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team while leveraging data to demonstrate the impact of your initiatives.You will also have:10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 in a senior management or leadership position.A demonstrated history of successfully managing RTO operations, encompassing regulatory compliance, the development of training programs, and financial management.Experience leading large-scale organisational change and transformation initiatives.A strong background in organisational development, including talent management, leadership development and succession planning.Bachelors degree in HR, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Business or related field.
