Our team is client-centric and the ideal candidate will also possess professional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.Importantly, you should have a keen interest in financial markets, a desire to learn and the ability to work well in a team-orientated environment.As a Corporate Finance Analyst/Associate Director your primary responsibilities will include:Assist in the execution of all aspects of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, secondary capital raisings, M&A transactions and other equity-linked transactions.Perform financial analysis and due diligence on potential transactions including financial modelling and valuation analysis.Conduct market and industry research and generate reports and presentations for clients.Take part in the due diligence processes, analysing financial statements and conducting industry research.Create marketing materials such as pitchbooks and presentations.Help prepare transaction documents like prospectuses, information memoranda and other regulatory filings.Liaise with clients, lawyers, accountants and other external parties in the context of executing transactions.Participate in team meetings and aid in managing workflow and timelines.Stay up to date with market and industry trends and relay pertinent information to team members.Required experience:Bachelor''s degree in finance, law, accounting, economics or a related field.
