This role is pivotal to our client''s ability to consistently deliver high-quality solutions to their clients navigating the complex transition to low and zero-emission fleets. You will lead cross-functional teams of domain experts across automotive technology, transport planning, infrastructure, and energy markets while coordinating horizontal skill sets, which include data analytics, data science, reporting, and project and key account management. While not a sales role, you will directly contribute to shaping proposals and play a key part in driving growth through high-quality delivery, strong client relationships and satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling through value creation advisory.Major ChallengesIntegrate and align delivery methodologies across diverse consulting functions.Forecast and balance resource and skillset allocation across concurrent, complex projects.Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent while scaling the team effectively.Size of Role3 direct reports, 8 indirect reports$3M in annual revenue delivery responsibilityImpactStrengthened brand reputation as a leader in Sustainable Fleet Solutions in APACStrategic growth in revenue and market shareHigher client satisfaction and retentionOperational efficiency and profitability improvementsKey Criteria / RequirementsMust Haves7+ years experience in consulting or professional services, ideally in transport planning, mobility, fleet electrification or energy engineeringAt least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Senior Manager and above). We are happy to support people ready to step into a more senior roleProven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder delivery projectsTrack record of working with large corporations, government agencies and/or large fleetsBachelor''s degree in Engineering, Transport Planning, Environmental Science, or related fieldNice to HavesExperience in startup or high-growth environmentsFamiliarity with SaaS implementation and digital fleet toolsStrong commercial and financial management skillsAbility to source and build strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers to deliver workAbility to help develop services into productised offerings and then help search for the next source of services workAbility to represent the company as a thought leader through the creation of white papers and/or industry presentationsMaster qualified or aboveMeasurable AccountabilitiesWe believe in setting clear goals and celebrating achievement.
