We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Land Economist to evaluate land and property markets, analyse economic trends, and provide strategic insights to guide development projects and land use policies. This role involves conducting in-depth research and data analysis to provide critical market insights, ensuring clients make informed decisions.Schedule: Full Time - Monday to FridayWork Location: In Person / OfficeRESPONSIBILITIES:Providing advice about the administration, development and use of land and property.Providing assistance in management and administration of real land and property asset portfolios.Conducting analysis of proposed land and property use.Analysis of investment property and land asset evaluation.Advise on the most ideal method of sale, as well as improvements in land or property presentation.Determine space and land requirements, advise on the best geographical location and the costs involved.Collaborating with valuers to appraise and determine the cost of land and property.Determining the appropriate basis and method of appraising land and property and advising on how various factors affect the value of properties and land.Analysis of project construction costs.Writing comprehensive reports following inspections and detailed market research.
