You will provide expert advice and guidance to a diverse range of organisations on a variety of human resource, industrial and employee relations issues.What You GetCompetitive remuneration.A supportive, collaborative, and flexible workplace, fostering an environment where your skills and expertise can thrive.External professional development training each year to further develop your skill set.Regular team social activities, such as mini golf, paint-balling, picnics, quiz nights, high tea, HBF run/walk for a Reason and so much more.We understand the importance of mental health and well being and have partnered with Clear Health Psychology to offer all employees EAP services.A special birthday gift and a birthday treat to celebrate your special day!Christmas celebrations and gifts.Being part of an organisation that makes a difference with ProcessWorx being a partner in the Hunger Project working towards eliminating hunger in Africa.What Youll Be DoingThis is a diverse role, which requires someone to balance client management, advice delivery, HR administration, case management whilst providing exceptional customer service throughout.Help clients in maintaining human resource and industrial relations compliance with relevant Awards and legislation e.g. award interpretation, employment contracts, policy development and Fair Work representation.Providing advice via phone, email and in-person HR/IR/ER advice.Conduct calculations for Better Off Overall Tests (BOOT).Provide personalised and pragmatic advice to support timely resolution of employee matters.Deliver informative presentations on human resource and industrial relations matters to educate clients.Work with our innovative Mobile App that assists clients to access IR support and tools.What Youll HaveA personality that loves helping people.Outstanding Industrial Relations professional providing advice in the private and/or union sector.5 years plus experience in all areas of senior human resource and/or industrial relations.Previous experience with Fair Work conciliation proceedings would be well regarded.Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as IR, HR, or Business.Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.Strong presentation skills to educate and inform clients.Ability to work under pressure.Valid driver''s license for traveling to local client offices when required.About UsAt ProcessWorx, we are proud of our commitment to providing a personalised and pragmatic service with integrity and care that caters to the unique needs of each client.
